Terms of service
These Terms of Service (hereinafter "Terms") set forth the conditions for using the online store operated by Osanpo (hereinafter "the Store"). Please read these Terms carefully before use. By using the Store, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
Article 1 (Scope)
These Terms apply to all services provided by the Store (including product browsing, purchasing, and inquiries).
Article 2 (Eligibility)
Our services are available only to those who meet the following conditions:
- Residents of Japan, or the international shipping destinations designated by the Store (United States, Canada, Australia, Singapore, Indonesia)
- Customers with payment methods in their own name
- For minors, those who have obtained consent from a parent or legal guardian
- Those who agree to these Terms
Article 3 (Product Purchase / Contract Formation)
- Orders are considered applications upon completion of the customer's order procedure.
- A sales contract is formed when the Store sends an order confirmation email.
- The Store may decline orders due to inventory status, payment verification, etc.
- Product prices, inventory, and specifications may change without notice.
Article 4 (Payment and Currency)
- Please use the payment methods designated by the Store (Shopify Payments, PayPal, etc.).
- Product prices and shipping fees are as displayed at the time of order (incl. tax).
- Please pay according to the rules of each payment method.
- For purchases in the International market, prices are displayed and charged in local currency through Shopify's automatic conversion. Exchange rates are updated daily.
- Foreign currency exchange fees are subject to the regulations of your card issuer or payment service.
Article 5 (Shipping)
- Products are shipped to Japan and the 5 international countries designated by the Store (United States, Canada, Australia, Singapore, Indonesia).
- We currently do not ship to countries or regions other than those listed above.
- We do not accept delivery date/time specifications (subject to carrier availability).
- Delivery delays may occur due to carrier circumstances, weather, busy seasons such as year-end, or international customs procedures.
- The Store is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect delivery addresses.
- For international shipments, import duties, local consumption taxes, and customs handling fees are the responsibility of the customer (recipient) under the DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid) method.
- The Store may refuse shipping if products cannot be received due to destination country regulations.
Article 6 (Cancellations)
- Cancellations after order confirmation are generally not accepted.
- The Store may accept cancellations before shipping at its discretion. Please contact us for details.
- Due to the nature of dropshipping products, cancellations after production has begun cannot be accepted.
Article 7 (Returns and Exchanges)
Returns and exchanges are subject to the separately established "Refund Policy".
For international return methods and cost arrangements, please consult with us via email in advance.
Article 8 (Prohibited Acts)
Customers shall not engage in the following acts:
- Orders or registrations with false information
- Resale or bulk purchases for commercial purposes (when deemed inappropriate by the Store)
- Acts that infringe on the Store's intellectual property rights
- Acts that interfere with the operation of the Store's services
- Acts contrary to laws or public order and morals
- Acts that violate destination country import regulations
- Other acts deemed inappropriate by the Store
Article 9 (Intellectual Property Rights)
The Store's logos, designs, product images, text, and other content belong to the Store or rightful owners. Unauthorized reproduction, transfer, or commercial use is prohibited.
Article 10 (Disclaimer)
- The Store is not responsible for service interruptions or delays due to force majeure such as natural disasters, communication failures, or system failures.
- The Store is not responsible for issues caused by customer usage environments (devices, communication environments, etc.).
- Product colors may appear different from the actual product depending on the customer's viewing environment.
- For international shipments, the Store is not responsible for issues related to customs procedures, import regulations, or duty assessments in the destination country.
- The Store is not responsible for changes in product prices due to exchange rate fluctuations.
Article 11 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, and any disputes related to the Store shall be exclusively governed by the court with jurisdiction over the Store's location.
Customers residing overseas shall also agree that Japanese law applies and Japanese courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes related to these Terms and our services.
Article 12 (Changes to Terms)
The Store may revise these Terms as necessary. Revised Terms become effective upon posting on this page.
