We ship to Japan and 5 international countries.

We currently do not ship to countries or regions other than those listed above.

Domestic Shipping (Japan)

  • One shipping address per order.
  • For multiple addresses, please place separate orders.
  • We do not combine separate orders for shipment.

Customs and Import Taxes (International Shipping)

For international shipments, import duties, local consumption tax, and customs handling fees may apply.
These costs are the responsibility of the customer (recipient) under the DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid) method.

Duty rates vary by destination country, product type, and value. Please contact your country's customs office for details.

Estimated Delivery Time

Domestic Shipping (Standard items: T-shirts, hoodies, caps, etc.)

After order confirmation (payment received), delivery typically takes approximately 2 weeks.
(Except for select items)

International Shipping (5 Countries)

Delivery may be delayed due to customs clearance and local carrier conditions. Typical delivery: 2-4 weeks after order confirmation.

Extended Holiday Periods (Obon, New Year)

Production and shipping resume after the holiday period. Details will be announced via email in advance.

Shipping Carriers

Domestic: Sagawa Express or Yu-Packet (varies by item count and size).
International: Japan Post (EMS / International ePacket) or partner international carriers.

Tracking Numbers

When your order ships, we will send a shipment notification email to your registered email address.
You can track your package using the tracking number provided in the email.

Delivery Time / Date Specifications

We currently do not accept specifications for delivery time slots or dates.
If you are not home for delivery, please use the carrier's redelivery service.

Shipping Delays

Shipping may be delayed in the following cases. We will notify you in advance via email.

  • Manufacturer specification changes, stock shortages, or discontinuation
  • When delivery address verification is required
  • Customs clearance procedures for international shipments
  • Other matters requiring verification during production or shipping

Notes

  • We are not responsible for non-delivery or delays caused by incorrect address entry. Please verify your address before ordering.
  • Delays may occur due to weather, traffic conditions, or busy seasons.
  • We do not support forwarding addresses.
  • Additional shipping fees may apply for remote islands and certain regions.
  • For international shipments, some products may not be deliverable due to destination country regulations.
