Returns and Cancellations

Customer-Initiated Returns and Exchanges

  • We do not accept returns or refunds for customer-initiated reasons.
  • Returns and exchanges are accepted only for defective products, shipping errors, or wrong items sent by us.

Defective Products / Our Mistakes

  • Return shipping costs are covered by Osanpo.
  • We will provide a replacement or full refund.

Cancellations

Cancellations after order confirmation are generally not accepted. Once production has begun, cancellations cannot be accepted under any circumstances.

Return / Exchange Procedure

  1. Contact Us: First, please contact us via email (info@osanpo-store.com).
    Subject: "Return/Exchange Request / Order Number"
    Body: Order number, name, reason, request type (return or exchange)
    For defective products, please attach photos showing the product condition.
    * Returns and exchanges are only accepted for defective products.
  2. Confirmation and Guidance: We will review the details and provide return address and instructions.
  3. Return: Please send the item to the address provided (cash on delivery).
  4. Processing: After confirming receipt, we will ship the replacement or process the refund.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for purchase.
  • Refund processing may take 3 to 14 business days depending on the payment method.
